Fish Partnership has an ongoing commitment to employee training and motivation. All our employees have access to numerous opportunities to develop, learn and gain valuable experience

This includes an enthusiastic commitment to play an important and active role in the local community. We actively encourage and reward interest in local events by our staff and we hope we are perceived to be approachable to any outside organisation or individual looking for our involvement and support.

We try to achieve a high level of involvement by offering work experience to local school children, attending school career events, Young Enterprise involvement, contributing time and money to local charities, sponsorship of local sports clubs and we are and will remain open to any opportunities to become involved which may present themselves in the future.
