Without the correct and current employment procedures in place Employers are leaving themselves wide open to all manner of claims e.g constructive dismissal, sexual harassment, racial discrimination, stress etc. Discrimination, in particular, covers a wide area and this starts with the recruitment process, continuing through the employment period up to the final termination of employment.

FISHES is flexible, so you can choose between a regular service whereby Clients pay a set amount each month, or you can use FISHES on an ad hoc basis where Clients are only charged for work completed and advice given, on a time-spent basis.
