The Seminar will cover the following topics:

• Contracts of Employment: making sure employers are aware of how to protect themselves and what their legislative requirements are.
• Redundancy: ensuring employers understand the process they need to follow, including selection criteria and business reasons for redundancy.
• Disciplinaries and grievances: including a general update of the new procedures for handling these matters.
