Accountants Host Workshop on Company Sales

Business owners considering the sale of their company are being offered expert advice at a free breakfast workshop held by High Wycombe-based accountants Fish Partnership.

The workshop, which will take place on Tuesday, 21 April, is titled I’m a Shareholder, Get Me Out of Here! It will examine issues involved in the disposal of a company, for both buyers and sellers, and will include tips for achieving the best deal.

Fish Partnership partner Martin Sheehy said: “The decision to sell a company is not one that anybody takes lightly, so it makes sense for anyone considering such a sale to be as well informed about their options as possible.

“We hope that our workshop will provide some useful initial food for thought for anyone considering a company sale, although this is certainly an area where it is essential to seek professional advice.”

The workshop will start with breakfast at 8am at the offices of Fish Partnership at the Mill House, Boundary Road, Loudwater, High Wycombe, and conclude at 10am.
