Seminar a Big Deal for Fish

High Wycombe based chartered accountants Fish Partnership has made a big deal out of buying and selling a business.  The firm teamed up with the Royal Bank of Scotland and local legal firm Allan Janes Solicitors to present a breakfast seminar to over 70 business owners.

Entitled ‘The Big Deal: How to Buy or Sell a Business’, the seminar covered various topics and processes such as valuation and preparation of a business for sale and structural and legal aspects of sales and acquisitions.  Clients were welcomed to the Bellhouse Hotel, Beaconsfield at 7:30am, and offered breakfast and refreshments until the seminar began.

Fish Partnership’s Martin Sheehy was one of the expert speakers.  He comments: “We were delighted to see such a healthy turnout, and also to receive such positive feedback.  The current economic climate is likely to spark unexpected sales and acquisitions, so it was good to get our key message across – early planning and engagement with professional teams is paramount to securing the best possible deal.”
