Accountants Welcome New Client
High Wycombe-based accountants the Fish Partnership have welcomed a prestigious new client to their practice.
Villa Colori, also based in High Wycombe, is the UK and Ireland distributor for the upmarket bed, bath linen and homeware collections produced by the Lexington Company, selling through concessions in stores, including Harrods, Selfridges, House of Fraser branches, and independent retailers.
The business has been trading since January 2004 and now employs around half-a-dozen people in distributing the Stockholm-based Lexington Company’s collections - including high quality sheets, duvets, bedspreads blankets and towels - which have a timeless, New England-style look.
Chairman Susan Ellis says: “We had been using a part-time financial controller, but as the business was growing, we found needed more time and support from someone who could become a part of the business.
“After extensive research, we interviewed three firms and chose the Fish Partnership because they were able to work in a flexible way and understood our needs as a small business. We also liked their understanding and approachable attitude.”
Fish Partnership services to Villa Colori include producing management accounts, cash flows and trading analysis. Susan says the Fish Partnership’s Jenny Elliott has quickly become part of the team, adding: “She is excellent at understanding our issues.”
