We can advise on the most appropriate accounting package for your needs since we are familiar with a number of the leading packages, including:

The Fish Partnership team can supply the software and assist with the installation, set up an account structure relevant to your business, train you in its use and help you to produce and interpret the most appropriate reports. We recommend that you take out the software provider's support cover, but we will provide an additional level of support for problem solving, maintenance and upgrades, as well as developing the system to meet the needs of the business as it grows.

This means we have outstanding knowledge of Sage products and are committed to keeping up to date with all the new software releases and attend regular courses on all different aspects of the software.

Consequently, we have a thorough understanding of the latest version of Sage 50 Accounts, which eliminates the ‘waiting to open file’ messages and makes viewing screens with a lot of information a much quicker process.

Sage 50 V2012 also offers:

• The ability to view data on a Blackberry or Apple mobile phone, including the creation of orders/invoices and other records.

• The ability to restrict the posting of entries before a specified date, which will prevent values changing in relation to reports. This will prove extremely useful if you have finished processing for a particular month and printed the reports you require.

• Provision of a quick search field that searches your Sage data without the need to build search criteria.

Whilst we work closely with Sage to develop and shape the software, we remain an independent business and are therefore totally impartial in our advice to you. If you are considering new business software or planning to upgrade your current Sage system, we can discuss your requirements and find the best software tailored for your company’s needs.
